Scott grew up in Saugeen Shores and knows the area inside and out. He actively trades Real Estate in the Town of Saugeen Shores and surrounding area, including the Municipalities of Kincardine and Arran-Elderslie, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, and leased land cottages on Saugeen First Nation. Being a licensed REALTOR since 2002, he works hard to bring up to date knowledge to his clients in todays real estate market. He has obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES), and has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling their family home. Further to this, Scott is an Accredited Buyers Representative. The (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. He is dedicated to offering professional service that keeps his clients interests at the forefront of each transaction.

Scott, together with his wife Trish, and daughter Elyse, consider it a privilege to live in Southampton. I live in beautiful Southampton and love calling this place my home. My family roots run deep in Bruce County and specifically in Kincardine. I spent nearly every summer at my grandparents home in Kincardine playing in the waves of Lake Huron and collecting rocks on the beaches. I moved up here from the city in 2014. I’ve lived in Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto and Hamilton. I love living and working in Grey & Bruce Counties and am excited to help you find your home or cottage in this beautiful area. I know what it’s like to transition from the big city to Grey/Bruce. I’ve done it and I have a unique perspective of how to do it right.
