Scott grew up in Saugeen Shores and knows the area inside and out. He actively trades Real Estate in the Town of Saugeen Shores and surrounding area, including the Municipalities of Kincardine and Arran-Elderslie, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, and leased land cottages on Saugeen First Nation. Being a licensed REALTOR since 2002, he works hard to bring up to date knowledge to his clients in todays real estate market. He has obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES), and has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling their family home. Further to this, Scott is an Accredited Buyers Representative. The (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. He is dedicated to offering professional service that keeps his clients interests at the forefront of each transaction.
Referrals are a big part of Scotts business. What better way to advertise than through word of mouth! They are a true demonstration of client satisfaction and are the biggest compliment that can be given.
Scott, together with his wife Trish, and daughter Elyse, consider it a privilege to live in Southampton. He is an active volunteer in the community, contributes to the arts, and is a proud supporter of the Saugeen Memorial Hospital, Bruce County Playhouse, Southampton Rotary and the Marine Heritage Society, to name just a few.
Contact Scott for all your real estate needs, a true professional REALTOR, working for Buyers and Sellers who appreciate honesty and integrity in every real estate transaction.
After joining The Saugeen Team as the Team Assistant in 2014, I have successfully developed my real estate career as a licensed REALTOR since 2016.
With an extensive background in commercial and residential construction, I bring a unique perspective and experience to my clients. Transitioning from a decade long career in major construction to real estate helps you with your purchase.
Lots of REALTORS® will give you the “flowery” version of themselves online. I’m not one of them. I’m a straight shooter. I will be honest with you about each and every house you’re looking at. I’ll point out the problems I see and I will help you see the potential for the future. I’m a no BS kind of person. All I care about is making sure you find the home you love and that you can bring value to it later on.
If you are my Seller, I make sure that your home is showcased to the best of my ability and tap into the Century 21’s and the Saugeen Team’s extensive resources to make that happen. I stay in contact with you constantly. I’m there for YOU. With no BS. I work hard for my Clients – whatever you need.
I live with my partner Darren Warren in Allenford (which is a fantastic central location to Tara, Wiarton, Saugeen Shores, Arran-Elderslie, Sauble Beach and Owen Sound), with our Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler Mix furball Casey. My family roots run deep in Bruce County and specifically in Kincardine. I spent nearly every summer at my grandparents home in Kincardine playing in the waves of Lake Huron and collecting rocks on the beaches. I moved up here from the city in 2014. I’ve lived in Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto and Hamilton. I love living and working in Grey & Bruce Counties and am excited to help you find your home or cottage in this beautiful area. I know what it’s like to transition from the big city to Grey/Bruce. I’ve done it and I have a unique perspective of how to do it right.
Whether you are considering a permanent move to Grey/Bruce, or a recreational property for play, this no BS agent is ready and waiting to help you! I’m different and if that’s what you’re looking for: let’s talk!
Call/Text me on my cell: 519-270-3958 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to hearing from you!
