The Spring Real Estate Market was starting to pick up in April. We had 42 new listings in Saugeen Shores in April, which brings us to 120 Active Listings. 24 homes sold, which is down from last April’s number of homes sold at 34.
The average sale price in Saugeen Shores is up from March ($740,088) and higher than last year’s average price – this may be due to the number of Lakefront homes that have sold this year.
