The market is typically very slow during the Christmas season in real estate. We also changed over our background systems for MLS – so our statistics may not be exact this month.
We can see a good comparison now between 2023 and 2024. More homes listed in 2024, more homes sold, but they took longer to sell and prices were only slightly higher in 2024.
