It’s a new year in Saugeen Shores and we’ve been enjoying a lot of snow this month! There has been a change to the MLS system that we use in the background and all of the Grey/Bruce listings had to be reposted to the new system. This months stats are a little off because of that transition. The New Listings number is not quite correct as many of those listings have been reposted, however the number of sales and the average sale price is correct.
