It’s the typically slower months of July and August in local Real Estate. This has been a quiet year for real estate and we’re just not sure what’s going to happen in the fall.
July saw 50 new listings, 26 homes sold and an average sale price of $769,291 in Saugeen Shores which is very similar to June 2024’s numbers.
