Spring is here and so is the Spring Real Estate Market! March brought us 49 new listings to Saugeen Shores (up from 17 new listings in February) with an average sale price of $740,088 which is higher than February’s average sale price of $664,136. However, the number of homes sold in March is only 16 (it was 13 in February). We have the inventory, but the Buyers are slower to buy right now. Is it because the weather is still cold or have buyers shied away due to the interest rates? We will have to see what April brings.
