The first day of spring came and went in Saugeen Shores and we continued seeing all the white stuff. Quite a few new listings came up and some activity but it was still slow in Saugeen Shores. We still saw 34 new listings and 13 homes were sold. There were a few buyers and Realtors braving the snow this month!
