The Bank of Canada held interest rates again and it seems the Buyer’s are happy about that. A little more buying activity in November in Saugeen Shores and we couldn’t be happier!
November saw 29 new listings in Saugeen Shores (October had 43 new listings), which brings us to 124 Active Listings. Plenty of great listings for Buyers to choose from. 19 homes sold this month, which is slightly better than October’s number of homes sold at 14.
The average sale price in Saugeen Shores for November was quite a bit lower than October ($741,059).
Saugeen Shores is on par with what is happening in the Real Estate Market in all of Grey and Bruce Counties with the average days on the market very close. Saugeen Shore’s average sale price was quite a bit lower than the average in Grey Bruce.
