We also ask if you are coming into the office for an appointment you wear a face covering as well as sanitizing your hands upon entry.

Agents rely more than ever on virtual tools to assist with the closing of homes during these unknown times. Buyers and Sellers can E-Sign documents completely online through their own device. Our Agents use platforms such as Zoom and Google Docs to review offers with clients and work together to get the deal closed. Although it is a new process to some clients, the Saugeen Team Agents help step you through the process.
