Where are the Buyers? A very quiet real estate market in Saugeen Shores in September. Is it the interest rates? Home prices? Or has the weather been too nice?
September saw 43 new listings in Saugeen Shores (August had 24 new listings), which brings us to 124 Active Listings. Plenty of great listings for Buyers to choose from. Only 12 homes sold this month, which is worse then August’s number of homes sold of 28.
The average sale price in Saugeen Shores for September was higher the same from August ($668,029).
Saugeen Shores is on par with what is happening in the Real Estate Market in all of Grey and Bruce Counties with the average sales prices and days on the market very close.
